AgSense® is once again breaking new ground in the irrigation industry by being the first company to offer LiveChat for sales and technical support from both the AgSense and WagNet® websites.
The program debuted April 27 on the AgSense.net website, and is slated to roll out soon on WagNet.net.
Offering LiveChat will allow AgSense to respond to its growing customer base more quickly while improving the customer experience and increasing direct interaction with Web visitors wanting to learn more.
"Customer service is always a top priority” said David McGirr, operations manager at AgSense. “We have experienced a sizable increase in the user base for our products and WagNet interface, and want to accommodate the influx." About AgSense
Users will be able to talk to various members of the sales and support team at the AgSense headquarters in Huron, S.D. Customers also can reach the offices by calling 605-352-8350 or through a contact form on the website.
